Who we are

Anything Is Possible

Our aims and intentions are to raise awareness for parents, children and professionals that both parents are legally entitled to spend time with their children.  It is incredible how one small idea can grow into something truly special.

Since our founding in 2022, we have enacted the quote from Jean **** "action is the antedote to despair" to develop this organisation so that future parents and children can maintain their relationships equally without unnecessary dynamcis that TEAR the bonds of parent and child.

Commitment, transparency, innovation. These three values have stood at the center of the TEAR mission since our founding in 2022. We wholeheartedly commit to the work we do with passion and dedication, transparently sharing it with the community and inviting others to take part. On top of this, we challenge ourselves to think creatively, applying an innovative approach to all that we do. This mission drives the continued success of TEAR.

The links on this website are setup to provide information when child contact issues are occurring with a parent, in particular when the New Zealand Family Court is Involved.
